Printing
UV Direct to Media printing is exactly that; we can print your image directly to most flat substrates of your choice, up to four inches thick and 3m x 2m as one full piece. Direct media can be highly durable compared to traditional prints and has the added bonus of being UV and water resistant.

Designed to fit a standard 3.5m × 2m Heras® fencing panel. At 3375mm × 1780mm, these banners will fit just inside the outer panel frame.Heras Fencing Banners are most commonly used at:Construction sitesBuilding developmentsOutdoor festivalsSporting eventsMusic eventsConventionsAny other areas where crowd control is neededBanners are printed on either AirMesh Polyester, Fabric Mesh Polyester or Mesh PVC to allow airflow while maintaining great image visibility.Banners can be ordered with a 130mm angled corner, which works best for 'round top' Heras Fencing panels. Square corner versions are also available, which are equivalent to ordering via our price calculator on either AirMesh Polyester or Mesh PVC.Heras Fencing Banners can be secured with bungee ball ties. Cable ties can be, and often are used, though we recommend bungee ties as these aid in taking some of the tension in breezy conditions.Heras fencing hardware not included with any banners.

This highly adaptable material is perfect for a wide range of outdoor applications. This makes it both scuff-resistant and washable. Unlike PVC-based materials that require careful rolling around a core to prevent creasing, folding, or pinching, AirMesh Polyester can be folded down with ease. This makes shipping, transport, and on-site deployment significantly simpler and more efficient. Lightweight and Easy Handling. Weighing only 105gsm, AirMesh Polyester is incredibly lightweight. For example, a full-sized 3375mm × 1780mm Heras fencing banner weighs just 0.8kg, compared to approximately 1.9kg for a PVC-based equivalent. This lighter weight makes handling and installation far easier, particularly for larger or longer projects, reducing labour time and effort. Durability and Strength. Despite being lighter, AirMesh Polyester is made from 100% polyester with reinforced, industry-grade sewn hems. This combination provides a highly durable and robust fabric. Its superior airflow properties also allow it to perform well in windy conditions, reducing stress and wear on the product over time. Eco-Friendly Alternative. AirMesh Polyester is a more environmentally friendly option than traditional PVC-based materials.
